It's been just about a month since we released our coffee to the public and I've been super surprised with the response! It's like the feeling when you go out on a limb with something and you're pretty sure the only person who cares is your mom. Okay, I'm being a bit dramatic, but the sentiment is real. The feedback on our roasted coffee has been all super positive and we are so grateful for all who have purchased some!
Jonathan and I just did another cupping (pictured) with Anthem Imports shopping for a new green coffee and had a really cool experience. I wouldn't say that our preferences and palates are often similar - we don't often see eye to eye, but I think its good to have that balance. Anyway we cupped blind and both really enjoyed what turned out to be a Rowandan coffee that we're very excited about! We will also be adding a Guatemalan to the mix and we're planning on doing some blending soon with the Ethiopian and Guatemalan to see what kind of results we get as espresso.
