At long last, we are proud to present a decaffeinated coffee that has merit beyond its lack of caffeine. At Notion we refuse to settle or compromise which led us to the conclusion that if we're going to offer a decaffeinated coffee then it must meet or exceed our regular standards for taste.
Fortunately, we were able to get our hands on a truly special coffee from our friends at Meirsch in Nicaragua. This coffee is a natural process with an anaerobic fermentation that has been sent to Swiss Water for decaffeination. This combination yields a decaf with superb sweetness and complexity that finishes cleaner than most non-decaf coffees. Expect flavors of black cherry, almonds and s'mores.
Get ready to drink decaf and not get made fun of for it.
