Colombia La Mina is an excellent example of a coffee that "doesn't taste like coffee." We get so excited to taste coffees that have a flavor all their own, because they actually do taste like "coffee," because that's all it is! La Mina has juicy, syrupy body with a sparkly texture that has an effervescent effect and a bright, vibrant acidity that's balanced by a high level of sweetness. We think it tastes like cherry syrup, champagne and blue-raspberry flavored candy.
