We are thrilled to have the honor of working once again with the Peraltas to bring you Nicaragua El Bosque. This year's crop boasts a much more approachable fruit presence, opting for a rich and full-bodied milk chocolate flavor followed by notes of red grape and a subtle hint of rose.
